GBC Membership Process
Part 1: Membership Class
Attend one of our membership classes and learn about the church's history, vision, beliefs, and expectations.Part 2: Reading and Questionnaire
Read a short book on church membership and complete a questionnaire in order for us to get to know you better..
Part 3: Meeting with the Pastor
After turning in the questionnaire, you will have a brief meeting with the pastor for a chance to ask any questions and/or for the pastor to learn more about you.
Part 4: Baptism
Greenwood Baptist Church practices believers baptism. Based on your conversation with the pastor, you may need to be baptized before joining the church body.
Part 5: Commissioning
You will be commissioned by the church as members of GBC and as missionaries to the city of Florence.
